MEP TECHNICIAN:- Daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure uninterrupted facility services. MEP SUPERVISOR Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and maintain MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS. Lead and assign tasks to the technical team while monitoring their attendance, productivity, and work quality. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and emergency protocols (such as HSE, Permit to Work, and LOTO). Manage daily checklists, preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, and spare parts inventory. Quickly resolve technical breakdowns and provide regular updates to the Facility Manager.
